Please note: All customers with a support contract will received preferential support. If you do not have a support contract then there will be an after hours service charge of $150.00 + GST for the first hour and $100.00 + GST per hour there after.

We will endeavour to respond to all emails within 24 hours for emails received Monday to Friday and within 48hrs if received on a weekend, so if you have an important enquiry then please call us.
